Senior business developer - consulting


About DynaFin DynaFin is a leading consulting firm specialized in the Financial Services industry. We support banks, insurance companies, asset managers and financial institutions in their transformation journeys, combining business, regulatory, operational and IT expertise. To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced Business Developer who can understand our business, translate it into a compelling commercial message, and open doors at new clients. As a Business Developer , you play a key role in expanding DynaFin’s market presence. Your primary mission is to open new doors , initiate strategic conversations with prospects, and create qualified business opportunities. Understand DynaFin’s Business & Market Understand the key challenges and priorities of Financial Services players. Develop tailored commercial messages for different types of clients and stakeholders. Prospecting & Business Opening Identify and target new prospects within the Financial Services industry. Act as the initial commercial entry point at new accounts. Support the identification of priority target segments and accounts. Report regularly on business development activities and results. Work with qualitative and quantitative KPIs focused on opportunity quality. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management. Experience in consulting, professional services or Financial Services is a strong asset. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex service offerings. Ability to open doors and initiate high-level conversations. Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset. Exposure to high-level clients and decision-makers in Financial Services.
