Delivery. At Sweet Mustard, we build custom digital products that solve real business challenges. As a Project Manager, you’re the steady point of contact for both our customers and our teams. From early validation in the sales phase to delivery, you keep an eye on scope, timing and budget, but you also look beyond the planning: you think along with the customer, challenge the approach and make sure we’re building the right thing, not just building things right. Lead custom software projects from early presales validation and discovery to delivery, from first workshops to go-live and beyond. Translate goals and agreed scope into a concrete plan, milestones and a clear backlog together with the Product Owner and tech leads. Proactively signal risks and dependencies, propose options and align with customer and team on the best way forward. Coordinate and support multidisciplinary development teams (strategy, design, development) so they can focus on delivering value. Help shape and follow up customer roadmaps together with colleagues: from long-term product vision to short-term releases. Several years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital or software context. A solid understanding of software development and agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban or similar). You communicate clearly and respectfully with both customers and teams. You adapt your message to your audience: management, business, designers, developers. Negotiation skills: you can balance constraints and still find a solution that works for both customer and team. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and you like the consultancy vibe: switching between clients and sectors, with Kortrijk and the Sweet Mustard community as your base. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
