Hybrid, based near Brussels

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support a leading banking client in Brussels on a 6-month contract. You will identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and risk management within a complex financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current data and AI capabilities
• Identify high-value AI use cases (fraud, AML, credit risk, automation)
• Design and oversee delivery of compliant AI/ML solutions
• Ensure adherence to EU regulations (including GDPR)
• Develop AI roadmaps and advise senior stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in ML/Data Science
• Financial services experience preferred
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience in regulated environments and model governance
• Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Fluent English and either Dutch/French
