Shopify Consultant

As  dear digital  continues to expand, we're looking for a  Shopify Consultant  to join our team. You’ll be the strategic link between  Sales, Development, and our Clients , helping businesses design the optimal e-commerce architecture. You will guide clients in  maximizing Shopify’s potential , ensuring that their webshops integrate seamlessly into a broader IT ecosystem.

• Lead multiple Shopify (Plus) projects , ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with   clients to translate business goals into clear project plans.
• Coordinate teams , guiding designers and developers through the entire build process.
• Ensure a  smooth and structured workflow , optimizing the collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and scope , ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Coach and motivate your team , fostering an environment where everyone can perform at their best.
• Identify new opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement , both for the client’s webshops and internal processes.

• You have 2+ years of experience in  digital project management (preferably in e-commerce or tech).
• You are  organized, structured, and proactive , effortlessly managing multiple projects at once.
• You communicate clearly with  clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders .
• You have a strong affinity with  UX/UI design, e-commerce, and digital platforms like Shopify (Shopify experience is a plus but not a must).
• You thrive in an  Agile environment , managing sprints, planning releases, and keeping teams aligned.
• You’re  goal-oriented and know how to  balance flexibility with decision-making to ensure the best outcomes.
• You have experience  leading and motivating teams —your leadership style inspires collaboration and productivity.
• You’re fluent in  English & Dutch.

• Have experience in  e-commerce, retail and/or Shopify project management .
• Have  technical knowledge of front-end development or integrations.
• Understand common  e-commerce systems like ERP, PIM, OMS, WMS, and CDP .
• Are a certified  Scrum Master or Agile practitioner .
