We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Assistant to provide best‑in‑class support to senior managers in a fast‑paced, global environment. Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and confidential documents
Arrange detailed international travel plans, itineraries, and meeting documentation
Take accurate meeting minutes and track follow‑ups and action items
Support planning of team events, off‑sites, and engagement activities
Maintain organised digital filing and collaboration spaces (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Budget & Expense Administration
Team & Network Collaboration
Provide onboarding assistance for new team members
Stay informed on team priorities, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive or Senior Administrative Assistant
Exceptional planning, organisational, and multitasking skills
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to adapt quickly to new tools
Bachelor’s degree required
