As a Change & Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling changes and releases across project and BAU activities, while ensuring operational continuity through backup Incident Management responsibilities. Coordinate end-to-end Change & Release processes across impacted IT teams Collaborate with application teams and service providers to prepare and evaluate releases Participate actively in BAU Change & Release activities in alternance with the current Change Manager Define, document, and improve Change, Release, and Incident Management procedures Challenge service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to agreed procedures Ensure high-quality incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards related to Change, Release, and Incident Management Solid experience in IT operations, process management, or service management Strong exposure to Change, Release, and Incident Management in complex environments Experience working with external service providers and challenging delivery quality Development toward senior IT service management or operational governance roles Increased ownership of ITIL processes and service quality Long-term evolution within IT operations, governance, and service management teams Change & Release Management processes (ITIL) Incident Management, including major incident coordination KPI, SLA, and quality monitoring This is how you work as part of a team: Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Language skills: ~ French and English A truly hands-on management style Continuous training opportunities An initial phone call with our recruitment team # A test or technical interview with one of our experts # A final meeting with your future manager or project manager Contract: Permanent contract / Freelance Remote work: Change Management
