What You'll Do Coordinate and follow up DR documentation and recovery readiness with application owners Lead preparation and execution of transversal DR exercises Identify recovery risks and define mitigation plans Perform infrastructure capacity validation across dual datacenter setups Act as primary resilience contact for multiple Agile tribes Ensure compliance with regulatory and group-level resilience requirements Challenge architecture designs from a resiliency perspective
What you bring 3-5 years experience in IT Resilience, Disaster Recovery, IT Operations, Security or Architecture Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application landscapes Experience with DR exercises, recovery testing or continuity planning Ability to read and validate architecture & technical diagrams Strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable working under pressure during critical simulations Experience in Windows, Linux, Cloud, Mainframe, Middleware or Databases Agile mindset and strong communication skills
