Service Coordinator – Engines | Antwerp, Belgium €4,500 gross/month I Permanent I Onsite We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join a leading maritime engine field services team in Antwerp. This role is central to managing complex service projects for large 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, ensuring smooth coordination between service engineers, internal teams, and clients. Oversee day-to-day project management for multiple service assignments. Plan and schedule a team of 15+ service engineers, optimising resources and skills. Maintain operational oversight and align internal teams with client agreements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Work alongside Key Account Managers, supporting client relationships through operational excellence. 3- 7 years of experience in this industry, coordinating the team and clients. ~ Maritime or shipping industry experience. ~ Strong organisational, multitasking, and project management skills. ~ Fluent in Dutch . ~
