KIDYWOLF is a toy brand for children 100% dreamed in Belgium and founded in 2019. We think, design and create educative, high-quality toys to help all children grow up having fun. KIDYWOLF is already establish in more than 25 countries. We are lookingfor a new KIDYMEMBER who is going to fit with the current crazy team.

Job description: The Junior Export Manager supports the development and expansion of the KIDYWOLF international sales activities. The role focuses on assisting in Export Team, strengthening relationships with international partners, and contributing to the execution of the company’s global growth strategy. This position requires strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing export strategies in assigned markets Identify and prospect new international clients and distributors Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners Support negotiations of contracts and pricing agreements Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis Participate in international trade fairs and business trips

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or business development (internships included) Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus Willingness to travel internationally Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
