Freelance: ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Engineer – Brussels (Hybrid) Overview Phase 2 of a ServiceNow programme requires a hands on CMDB Configuration Engineer to improve governance, data quality, and reporting. This is a configuration and optimisation role, not greenfield implementation. Key Responsibilities CMDB governance and data quality improvement Build and maintain CMDB health dashboards Data reconciliation and integrity checks Troubleshoot CMDB and integration issues Support Service Mapping and CI relationship accuracy Requirements ~5+ years ServiceNow CMDB experience ~ Strong CI modelling and relationship mapping ~ Dashboarding and reporting within ServiceNow ~ Troubleshooting mindset with integration awareness (REST APIs) ~ Good understanding of ITIL (Configuration & Change) Nice to Have ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Performance Analytics Development/scripting background Details ~ Brussels, hybrid (approx. 2 days onsite) ~1-stage interview process
