ph3Release Change Manager /h3 pWe are looking for a bRelease Change Manager /b to join a dynamic, run‑oriented IT environment where application and infrastructure changes are deployed every week. This role sits at the center of daily operations and plays a bcritical leadership function /b, ensuring production stability, governance, and full compliance with internal and regulatory standards. /p pAs the final decision‑maker before go‑live, you will secure releases, enforce procedures, and act as a key reference point for audits and operational governance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, organize, and coordinate weekly releases across applications and infrastructure. /li liEnsure all change prerequisites are complete and compliant: testing evidence, approvals, risk assessments, rollback plans. /li liAct as the GO / NO‑GO authority for production deployments. /li liDrive day‑to‑day coordination with architects, engineers, and application teams. /li liValidate that all testing phases are completed, documented, and approved before go‑live. /li liServe as the primary contact for audits, governance reviews, and compliance checks, ensuring full traceability and documentation. /li liStrengthen release governance and continuously improve operational processes. /li /ul h3Profile Skills /h3 ul liStrong understanding of Finance Accounting processes (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, closing, reporting). /li liProven experience in IT Finance transformation projects (ERP, accounting systems, reporting tools). /li liDual functional technical mindset, with the ability to challenge technical teams when needed. /li liSolid knowledge of IT project lifecycles, change management, and delivery methodologies. /li liProfessional proficiency in French and English. /li liStrong communication, coordination, and decision‑making skills. /li /ul h3Halian Group /h3 pWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
