Hiring: Project/Delivery Manager – Agile Banking Environment Location: Belgium | Hybrid: 50% On-site / 50% Remote

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to join our Agile Tribe in a dynamic banking environment. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives, coordinating multiple squads and removing impediments to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate project deliveries across squads
Ensure deadlines, quality, and budgets are met
Remove blockers and align teams with strategic goals
Maintain compliance with internal policies and security standards
Produce dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee reports
Collaborate across teams and communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree (Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)
Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge a plus
Minimum 10 years in IT project management, including 3+ years in complex Agile environments
Banking sector experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
Tools: Jira, Confluence
Proven experience in project management and delivery
