Marketing Expert


Key Responsibilities Optimize and update dashboards for permanent campaigns (GI/Adobe/CIM). Define monitoring parameters and industrialized performance guidelines (stop/continue/review). Analyze and optimize always-on campaigns and customer journeys. Propose governance frameworks for campaign reviews (processes, roles, frequency). Consolidate one-trigger campaigns into structured omnichannel journeys where relevant. Define criteria for one-shot vs. always-on campaigns. Perform in-depth data analysis and promote data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with MarCom Managers, Workflow Experts, and Performance Analysts. Support backlog prioritization and capacity balancing between Run and Change activities. Profile & Requirements Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience. Strong expertise in campaign & journey marketing. Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics , and data tools. Proven project and stakeholder management skills. Highly analytical, structured, and autonomous working style. Fluent in Dutch or French , and English (written and spoken).
