Lead Engineer

Overview

As a Lead Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our offshore projects. You will collaborate with employees of different nationalities and disciplines and you will be located in one of our offices (HQ or Breda). We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who can manage (large) offshore cable installation projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background. Together we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large offshore cable installation projects, combining strong engineering and installation capabilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and multinational teams to ensure project success.
• Contribute to DEME’s vision of a sustainable future through project execution and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer in offshore cable installation projects.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on installation experience.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across locations.
