We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with 5–8 years of hands‑on automation expertise to join a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch (NL) and skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration tests within agile teams.
• Analyse defects, identify root causes, and drive quality improvements.
• Ensure test coverage for insurance workflows and core business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation strategy and tooling.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in test automation, primarily with Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Fluent in Dutch (NL) and comfortable working with Dutch-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
