Business Manager - Conseil en management F/H


Context As part of Act Digital's growth strategy in Belgium, we are looking for a Business Developer / Business Manager to accelerate our expansion in the Brussels market. You will play a key role in building and developing our local presence by driving business growth, recruiting consultants, and managing client relationships in a competitive and fast-paced IT services environment. This role combines business development, recruitment, and P&L responsibility. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and approach new clients (large accounts, European institutions, local and international companies) Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the Belgian market Leverage your knowledge of the Belgian IT ecosystem and/or your existing commercial network Understand clients' IT and digital transformation challenges Sell IT services (staff augmentation, project delivery, managed services) Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation Build long-term strategic partnerships Recruitment & Consultant Management Define required profiles based on client needs Participate actively in the recruitment of consultants Manage consultants during their assignments (follow-ups, career development, retention) Anticipate project endings and secure renewals or new placements Ensure high levels of consultant engagement and client satisfaction Financial & Business Management Build and execute your own business plan Manage your revenue, margin, and profitability targets Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting Ensure business performance aligns with company objectives Profile Experience ~2–8 years of experience in an IT services company (ESN) or consulting firm ~ Proven track record in B2B sales ~ Strong knowledge of the Belgian IT market ~ Existing commercial network in Belgium is a strong asset Technical Understanding Solid understanding of IT and digital environments: Software development (Java, .NET, JavaScript, etc.) Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Data / BI Infrastructure & cybersecurity Ability to interact with technical stakeholders (IT Managers, CTOs, Heads of Digital) Business Skills Strong hunter mindset with account development capabilities Ability to open new accounts and expand existing ones Results-driven and margin-focused Excellent negotiation skills Soft Skills Entrepreneurial mindset Resilience and determination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus) Objectives Grow Act Digital's presence in the Belgian market Build and manage your own team of consultants Achieve revenue and margin targets Contribute to the long-term development of the Brussels entity Compensation Competitive fixed salary based on experience Attractive and uncapped variable compensation Fast-track career evolution towards Senior Business Manager / Business Unit Manager
