Medior Ai Engineer

Build real AI solutions in Azure — not just prototypes. We’re looking for a Medior AI Engineer to join LACO and work on production-grade AI, Generative AI copilots, and scalable ML systems for real clients across industries. This is a role where your models go live, your ideas matter, and your growth toward Senior AI Engineer is actively supported. What you’ll do Design and deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure (Azur ML Studio) Build ML & Generative AI applications (RAG, copilots, LLM integrations), including AI copilots using Azure AI Foundry Create end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, training, and deployment (CI/CD) of models Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and developers to deliver real impact Apply Responsible AI in real production environments What you gain ✔ Work on cutting-edge Microsoft AI projects — not maintenance work ✔ Hands-on experience with Generative AI in production ✔ Clear growth path toward Senior/Lead AI Engineer ✔ Continuous coaching, learning budget, and certifications ✔ Real ownership, autonomy, and technical freedom Your background ~2+ years as an AI/ML Engineer delivering real projects Strong Python + ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) Experience with LLMs, RAG, semantic search, or GenAI apps Familiarity with Azure ML, Data Lake, DevOps, AKS, or AI Foundry Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and IaC Don’t tick every box?
