Junior HR Analyst – ERP / SuccessFactors Transformation 📍 Belgium | 2 Days Onsite | Dutch Required We’re supporting a major Belgian organisation undergoing a full SAP S/4HANA + SuccessFactors transformation, and they’re looking for a Junior HR Analyst to support HR through the change. This is not a technical SAP role. This is a structured, analytical HR position sitting at the heart of a large ERP programme. You’ll act as the bridge between HR and the system implementation team, ensuring processes are clearly documented, tested, and aligned. The Role You’ll support HR during a full ERP transformation by: Writing test cases and supporting UAT Documenting HR processes and mapping workflows Coordinating and participating in HR workshops Analysing system reports and outputs Aligning HR and Finance stakeholders What They’re Looking For Dutch-speaking professional (mandatory) HR experience (1–5 years ideal) Exposure to HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar) Comfortable writing documentation and supporting testing Structured, analytical and confident in workshops This suits someone who enjoys process, structure and stakeholder interaction — not pure recruitment or payroll processing.
