As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding opportunities within existing high-potential accounts. Your contribution will go beyond sales targets: you will be building trusted relationships with decision-makers across industries, advising them on best practices, and demonstrating how Optimy can empower their CSR and ESG ambitions. In doing so, you'll directly influence how leading companies design and scale initiatives that change communities, and sometimes entire industries, for the better.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment, loves taking full ownership of the sales cycle, and finds motivation in both winning new business and supporting customers on their journey toward greater impact.
Own the full sales cycle for both new logos and expansion deals
Expand business within existing accounts by uncovering new use cases, entities, or departments
Partner with marketing to accelerate pipeline growth and conversion
Act as a consultative advisor, articulating ROI and navigating complex buying groups
Share customer and market insights to improve our sales playbooks and go-to-market strategy
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related industries (IT Consulting,FinTech, Telco, etc.)
~ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex full-cycle deals
~ Experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts across multiple stakeholders
~ Analytical, organized, and data-driven in managing opportunities and forecasts
~ Fluency in English, German and French (written and spoken)
