Business Development Manager NL/FR - BPO Services


To support the growth of the iKanbi Group’s BPO activities, we are looking for a bilingual Business Development Manager (Dutch/French) with a strong passion for prospecting and building long-term partnerships to strengthen our sales team.

Your main mission will be to grow the client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new customers in strategic sectors such as banking, insurance, personal assistance, medical services and leisure , while also contributing to the development of existing client relationships.

Your responsibilities

Business Development - New Business

  • Identify and actively prospect new potential clients (cold calling, networking, events, targeted actions, etc.)
  • Build and manage a strong and qualified sales pipeline
  • Identify decision-makers and understand their business challenges
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and new clients
  • Organise and lead meetings with decision-makers in collaboration with internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of tailored commercial proposals
  • Participate in the definition of offers and pricing strategy
Client retention & account development

  • Present new BPO solutions and services in close collaboration with the Customer Success Manager
  • Strengthen and sustain existing client relationships by delivering continuous added value
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Take part in internal and external client debriefings when commercial presence is required

Reporting

  • Provide accurate weekly sales reports
  • Maintain and manage client data in the CRM system
  • Achieve defined sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and sales support
  • Promote the vision and values of iKanbi Group

Profile

  • 3 year Bachelor’s degree or strong equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong hunter mindset
  • Comfortable using IT tools and CRM systems
  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch and French (spoken and written) – English is an additional asset
  • Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation, closing and client relationship management
