You breport directly to the CEO /b of Protime and collaborate closely with your colleagues in the bManagement Team /b. Experience in a Workforce Management environment would be a great plus. /li liYou are a bstrategic thinker /b with a strong ability to translate long‑term vision into pragmatic, effective execution. /li liYou bring emotional maturity and stability, remaining bgrounded /b when delivering difficult messages, bcreating calm /b in uncertainty and providingb strong support /b to leaders. /li liYou lead with bempathy, clarity /bandb authenticity /b, fostering trust and engagement, guided by a strongb moral compass /b that shapes your decisions and interactions. /li liYou communicate fluently and professionally in bEnglish, Dutch and French /b.
