Role Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. This is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will support daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our premium brand standards. You will also work closely with our goldsmiths, setters, and workshop team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and production. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs Manage inventory and stock control Handle administrative tasks and basic accounting processes Maintain store presentation in line with brand standards Previous experience in retail or customer service (luxury retail is a strong plus) Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (additional languages are a plus) Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
