Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Warehouse Solutions

Location: Beringen, Belgium

Salary: €3,000 – €3,600 gross per month (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday 2 shift system

About the position

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join a brand new, state of the art distribution facility in the Beringen area of Belgium. You will be part of a team of 6 technicians, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems and warehouse solutions within the facility. As this facility is brand new, you will part of the end stages of commissioning, seeing the facility through to 'going live' distributing goods.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related malfunctions
• Experience in completing electrical testing, swap outs of electrical components and safe isolation procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date reports and technical documentation of interventions
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and internal procedures

Desired Profile

• Prior experience within industrial maintenance or automation
• Strong technical skills in warehouse automation systems
• A TSO level education, preferably in mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Fluent English speaking required, conversational Dutch is desired
• Availability to work rotating shifts:
• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
