About the role

• Manage day to day operational delivery for our client, a leading IT services company working on projects for a Telco Client while developing, managing, and adhering to project management best practice & processes.
• Work closely with project leads in resolving issues on product or service delivery as part of their projects and programs to provide a smooth and reliable delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Excellence in project delivery is achieved when the team can seamlessly provide the customer deliverables through established and effective processes.
• This requires appropriate processes and interlocks to be developed, supporting the project delivery teams, resolving product/service interface issues whilst looking after the interests of the organization in a complex and changing environment.

Experience:

• Proven track record of independently managing global delivery teams
• Excellent understanding of project management.
• Experience working in a project management role within the enterprise Network telecoms and IT industry sectors would be highly desirable
• Strong expertise in project management, client engagement, and proposal development.
• Technical knowledge specific to Network technologies
• Strong Understanding of financial, contracts and service level agreements delivery and project management
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience of demonstrated competence in project/program management.
• Minimum of 20+ years of experience of overall experience in a multinational organization

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications:

• Certifications include ITIL and Prince2
• Degree in business, science (or other relevant area), or equivalent qualification.
• Degree educated with a demonstrable commitment to self development.
• Relevant and desirable vocational certifications include Managing Successful Programs (MSP) from the OGC or Project Management Professional (PMP) from the PMI.
• Other postgraduate or vocational qualifications in Project Management may also be an advantage.
• Formal qualification in engineering.
• English + French fluency mandatory
