Trade / Category Manager


Not only with pizza, desserts and baking products, but also through smart category insights and strong shopper marketing. Are you ready to help drive growth – both for our categories and for your own career? As Trade & Category Manager , you are the connecting force between Marketing, Sales and our retail partners. You translate market data, shopper insights and brand strategies into concrete, actionable recommendations that help our categories grow. Trade & Category Manager and work closely with internal teams such as Business Teams, Marketing, Sales and our design department. Increase the in-store visibility of our brands based on market and shopper insights. Prepare Business Reviews and support Sales during customer meetings. Analysis & data-driven recommendations Use tools such as Nielsen, YouGov and retailer data platforms to analyse trends, performance and growth opportunities. Deliver both standard and ad hoc analyses that result in clear, impactful recommendations. Safeguard data quality and collaborate with external datapartners to maximise insights. Build launch presentations, business review decks and internal analyses. Play an active role within Business Teams and contribute to strategic decision-making. A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field. Strong analytical skills and an affinity with retail, sales or marketing. Native proficiency in Dutch or French, with a strong command of the second national language. You are able to conduct professional customer conversations in both languages. A social team player: flexible, driven, curious and a strong communicator. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
