Content Designer


Role Overview

We are looking for a Conversational (AI) Designer with a native level of Dutch to design and optimize AI-driven conversations for digital customer interactions. In this role, you will craft clear and engaging dialogues for chat and voice bots across both sales and after-sales journeys, helping deliver an excellent digital customer experience.

Working within a cross-functional agile team, you will combine language expertise, conversational design, and analytical thinking to improve bot performance, increase customer satisfaction (CSAT), and maximize bot containment rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and write conversational flows in Dutch and English, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency in tone of voice.
  • Create and optimize dialogues using conversational design tools (e.g., Voiceflow) and implement them in a conversation management platform (e.g., Dialogflow CX).
  • Train bots to better understand user input in collaboration with AI/NLP specialists.
  • Monitor and analyze conversation logs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize dialogue flows based on user behavior and performance insights.
  • Share expertise in AI conversational copywriting and prompting, including training colleagues through workshops or coaching.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal English (French is a plus).
  • Strong conversational AI copywriting and dialogue design skills.
  • Experience configuring conversational bots (chat and/or voice).
  • Demonstrated experience with digital communication (chat, messaging, social media, etc.) in a professional context.
  • Good understanding of NLP, AI, and machine learning concepts and how they impact conversational design.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
