🌟 6‑Month Internship – Business Development & Recruitment at Intys 🌟

Looking for a 6‑month internship where you’ll have a real impact from day one ?

At Intys, you won’t be observing — you’ll be contributing .

What you’ll do

• Source, screen, and follow up with candidates and clients
• Conduct candidate interviews and support the recruitment process
• Support internal recruitement process improvements
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare commercial presentations and strategic materials

What you’ll learn

• Hands‑on experience in business development and recruitment skills

• Direct exposure to clients, candidates, and experienced consultants

👤 About you

• Student or graduated in Business, Management or Engineering
• Curious, proactive, and strong communication skills
• Analytical, organized, and eager to learn
• Motivated by challenges and growth
• Fluent in English and in French. Dutch is a strong asset
