Fund Controller


Access Capital Partners (“Access”) is a leading independent European fund manager investing in Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Private Debt.

Founded in 1998, Access manages EUR 15.0 billion on behalf of international institutional clients and brings together 100+ professionals across six offices: Paris, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Munich, and Luxembourg.

As part of our development, we are strengthening our Middle Office team dedicated to Private Equity, responsible for the administrative, regulatory, and financial monitoring of our investment vehicles.

The Middle Office team currently consists of 26 professionals located in Paris, Brussels and Helsinki — and we are now expanding our presence in Brussels where you will play an active role in the day‑to‑day monitoring of operations across Access Capital Partners’ funds directly reporting to the Director – Middle Office.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Controlling and valuing investments within our buyout fund-of-funds programs
  • Coordinating with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agents and Depositaries in France, Luxembourg, and across Europe
  • Monitoring daily cash flows related to investments
  • Producing quarterly investment reports for investors
  • Actively supporting the annual audit process for Access funds
  • Developing tools and indicators for performance analysis
  • Contributing to process improvements, workflow optimisation, and reporting enhancements


Skills

  • Strong command of IT tools (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Rigor and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong interest in the Private Equity sector
  • Knowledge of accounting and legal principles is a plus


Profile

  • Graduate from a leading business school, with a Master’s degree and/or a specialization in finance
  • Internships and/or initial professional experience in the financial sector (audit, asset management)
  • Excellent command of English, C1 level, both written and spoken (approximately 75% of interactions are conducted in English)
