The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our expanding team across Belgium. This role is about becoming a trusted partner to our clients, helping them bridge the gap between ambitious business visions and functional and/or technical reality.

As the vital link between business stakeholders and technical execution, your day-to-day will involve:

• Translating Vision into Action: Gathering and refining requirements from various business lines, ensuring everyone moves forward with a shared understanding.
• Agile Specification: Drafting functional specifications through an iterative approach, balancing flexibility with precision within an Agile framework.
• Functional Design: Leading analysis for both new developments and the continuous evolution of existing solutions.
• External Collaboration: Coordinating with third-party suppliers and integrating market-leading tools into our clients’ ecosystems.
• Ensuring Quality: Defining functional test cases and leading acceptance testing (FAT) to guarantee our solutions are robust and fit for purpose.
• Continuous Support: Taking ownership of production incidents and providing expert third-level support to resolve complex issues.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are a natural problem-solver with a gift for making the complex feel simple. We are looking for:

• Technical Fluency: You have a solid IT foundation, allowing you to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical feasibility.
• Analytical Rigour: You have a sharp, structured mind capable of synthesising complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Project Expertise: You have a proven track record in project management and feel comfortable navigating various organisational challenges.
• Linguistic Versatility: As this role serves our Benelux clients, fluency in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Education: You hold a degree from an engineering school or a reputable university.
• Experience: You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Soft Skills: You are a proactive team player who thrives on autonomy. Known for your attention to detail, you possess the ability to truly listen to and address the underlying needs of the business.
