Lead Performance Analyst
who combines senior execution expertise with the ability to raise standards and strengthen team capability.
Your mission Operate as a senior performance operator within a client team and act as an operational multiplier between strategy and execution.
What you’ll do
Performance execution
Execute & optimize campaigns across paid channels (search, social, etc.) Support organic visibility & GEO initiatives Implement tracking, tagging & analytics setups Validate data integrity (GA, GTM, measurement stack) Deliver insights & reporting tied to business KPIs
Quality & standards
Perform QA on setups, optimizations & reporting Enforce naming conventions & platform standards Reduce errors, inconsistencies & rework loops
Coaching & capability uplift
Coach analysts & accelerate skill development Support onboarding & knowledge transfer Ensure consistent application of best practices
