As a Business Manager , you will: · Define and implement a sound Business Development strategy in line with our approach to consulting. · Recruit, develop and manage your own team of talented consultants. · Become a trusted and privileged partner for your clients by ensuring that Intys services meet your clients’ expectations, quality standards and business objectives. · Proactively manage your own business objectives and profitability You hold a Master's Degree · You are fluent in English, French and Dutch · You have management skills and natural leadership · You have a business straight forward approach · Intys is a Belgian management consulting group founded in 2007.
