What you’ll do Source, screen, and follow up with candidates and clients Conduct candidate interviews and support the recruitment process Support internal recruitement process improvements Prospect and identify new business opportunities Conduct market and competitor research Prepare commercial presentations and strategic materials What you’ll learn Hands‑on experience in business development and recruitment skills Real responsibilities and measurable impact Autonomy, structure, and strategic thinking Direct exposure to clients, candidates, and experienced consultants Fast learning in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment 👤 About you Student or graduated in Business, Management or Engineering Curious, proactive, and strong communication skills Analytical, organized, and eager to learn Motivated by challenges and growth Fluent in English and in French.
