Your mission

• You will be at the heart of the action, working on transactions that matter to founders, CEOs, and investors across Belgium.
• You will
  draft and negotiate the documents that shape deals

, from term sheets to closing agreements, and guide clients through every legal step of their capital raises, acquisitions, and exits.
- You will dive into
legal due diligence

, help structure deals, and make sure every transaction runs smoothly from first meeting to final signature.
- You will help
design stock option plans and incentive schemes

, making a real difference for management teams.
- You will collaborate with financial experts and entrepreneurs, learning from every deal and seeing the direct impact of your work.

Who you are

• Master's in Law

with 3
+ years

in Corporate/M&A at a top-tier firm.
- Native French speaker

, fluent in English (Dutch is a real plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset

, you want to build, not just execute.
- Strong 
negotiator and strategist

, comfortable with client leadership.
- Ambitious, pragmatic, and collaborative (a real team player).
- Admission to the American Bar is a real plus.
