Business Development
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Log all activities and maintain up-to-date data in CRM.
Contribute to forecasts and weekly planning meetings.
Keep consultants and internal teams informed and engaged.
3+ years of B2B sales experience (HR, consulting, or interim).
~ Strong track record in new business development (‘hunter’ mindset).
Fluent in Dutch and French; excellent English.
