Your role:

As a Process Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with business owners to
  map, document, and optimize key processes
  .
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and dependencies between teams.
• Build and implement a
  process governance system
  ensuring long-term clarity and consistency.
• Develop standards, templates, and methodologies for process management.
• Support root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and assist process owners to maintain and update their documentation.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in
  process analysis, business operations, or quality management
  .
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow in process or transformation roles.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with good command of English.
