We are looking for an experienced Digital IC Engineer to join the R&D team of one of our leading semiconductor partners, working on advanced ASICs. Their products power next-generation hearing aids, implants, personal audio devices, and wearable health monitoring applications.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of digital design and verification, working with a multidisciplinary team to bring innovative, high-volume products to life.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of digital blocks from specification to production, supporting verification and validation to ensure all performance targets are met.
• Design for low power and minimal silicon area while delivering high performance.
• Collaborate closely with physical design, analog, and firmware teams to integrate your blocks effectively.
• Plan and execute verification at block, subsystem, or top level.
• Write and implement testcases in System Verilog, Python, and assertions to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Contribute to peer reviews, design reviews, and issue analysis to maintain high-quality standards.
• Work within project schedules while balancing performance, power, and area requirements.

Your Profile

• Strong experience designing digital IC blocks.
• Proven record of delivering working silicon for high-volume products.
• Strong knowledge of low-power design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence EDA tools and Synopsys Spyglass.
• Expertise in VHDL and System Verilog; Python experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with a practical mindset and strong electrical knowledge.
