The Warehouse Incoming Inspector plays a key role in the supply chain, ensuring smooth logistics operations and contributing to both internal and external customer satisfaction through efficient inspection and handling of incoming goods, particularly for aircraft maintenance activities.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve all incoming items by checking their condition, verifying required documentation, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, updating the company system to adjust inventory, and releasing goods for use or storage.
• Perform detailed visual checks on aircraft components to ensure conformity, traceability, and airworthiness compliance.
• SAP operations: Use SAP to manage incoming inspections, inventory updates, repair launches, and traceability documentation.
• Correctly tag, document, and quarantine non-compliant or damaged items.
• Initiate and manage repair operations in the company system, coordinating with subcontracted repair organizations.
• Forklift operations: Safely operate a forklift for the handling, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Packing & receiving: Prepare shipments of aircraft maintenance parts, ensure proper packing for dispatch, and receive incoming packages related to aircraft operations.

Your Profile :

• A technical or administrative background, ideally with a qualification in logistics and experience as a quality inspector.
• Experience in—or willingness to learn—visual inspection of aircraft parts.
• Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Forklift certificate or experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to work
