Are you a CTA with a strong eye for detail and a passion for supporting clinical research? My client, a globally renowned biopharma company, is looking for talented Clinical Trial Associates based in Ghent to join their growing Clinical Trial Team.

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Clinical Trial Associate role
  • Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Familiarity with TMF/eTMF systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, ECO)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in life sciences or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment


What youโ€™ll be doing:

  • Support the Clinical Trial Manager with the coordination of clinical trial activities
  • Maintain and oversee the Trial Master File (eTMF), ensuring inspection readiness
  • Organize and document team meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Assist with system access management, document tracking, and training logistics
  • Provide support for trial reports, vendor interactions, and departmental meetings
