About the Role: A role as Field Service Engineer is essential for successful installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment or systems at customer site. This role demands technical proficiency, adept problem-solving, and effective customer communication to deliver exceptional service and support.
Keep accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and customer interactions
Good communication skills in English + Dutch
Customer oriented and a team player who likes to share knowledge with others
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
Constant craving for new technologies and trends!
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and support software
Practical experience with ticketing (incident/service request), Windows/Linux environments, Active directory (OU, reset password,…), DNS, DHCP,…
