About the role:
Your function is part of AB-InBev’s Zone Europe FP&A department. You will be responsible for Cash Flow and Capex analysis and process activities on a zone level for Europe.
The role is based in Belgium (Leuven AB-Inbev HQ), within our skilled, diverse and dynamic Finance Team and reports to the Cash Flow Director of Zone Europe.
This includes the following responsibilities:
- Owner and end-to-end responsible for CAPEX and Leases on Zone Europe level, this includes taking the lead on the 1 Year Plan/Budgeting exercise, monthly forecasting and tracking & monitoring of actual CAPEX spend, generating visibility towards Zone Finance leadership on all aspects of CAPEX and Leases performance.
- Manage the Zone’s CAPEX and Leases spend, prioritize CAPEX projects and drive maximization of economic profit, contributing to our Zone’s strategic agenda. This includes validation of Business Cases and implementing and running of post-mortem analysis on projects.
- Implement ways to simplify and streamline the number of CAPEX projects and the reporting of the underlying actuals.
- Drive the T&M process for Cash Flow on Zone Europe level and ensure visibility of Cash Flow performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Drive further improvements on Cash Flow forecasting accuracy throughout the different BU’s and ultimately the full zone.
- Take a lead on Cash Flow benchmarking and analysis to help drive overall and lasting Cash Conversion improvement.
- Identification and sharing of best practices on CAPEX, Leases and Cash Flow processes, ensuring they get implemented to drive better overall performance, visibility and forecast accuracy.
- You continuously improve the performance of the GCC support team and link up with the Business Unit and Functional counterparts.
Skills and experience:
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, accounting or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills (highly structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions).
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Excellent team player, building relationships across functional areas.
- Confident and assertive, able to deal with colleagues at all levels of the business to challenge senior executives. Drive for superior performance, accuracy and precision.
- Knowledge of Cognos, SAP and/or Anaplan is a plus.
