Job Description:
As a Future Finance Talents Internship (FFTI) participant, you will be working alongside experienced finance professionals, contributing to various financial projects and gaining insights into the financial operations of a leading global brewing company. You will play a key role in delivering the main financial products of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company that impact the company's performance. In 2025, FFTIs converted into full time hires and graduate trainees.

Finance Areas You Could Be Matched With:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
: Our Belgium, BNFL, and Zone Europe HQ hosts a high-performance FP&A team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and enabling dynamic resource allocation to help deliver our operational and financial objectives. - Accounting:
We deliver a robust, timely set of financials on a monthly basis. Connect across our European Zone to help us manage by exception and automate our monthly and quarterly routines. - Internal Audit:
Jump into the beating heart of an on-going process or financial audit with our Global Risk Management team. Learn how the world's largest brewer runs from the inside out. - Treasury:
Work with our Global Treasury team based in Leuven to understand how we manage our derivatives, cash, and loan portfolio.

: Our Future Finance Talent Internships are connected with one another to help create a strong network of young professionals. You will be integrated into operating teams and will therefore be able to leverage from operating team's experience. - Weekly Masterclass:
Regardless of your work-experience area, receive a master-class training from the functional lead of each area to ensure a broad-based understanding of Finance in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company. (FP&A, Control, Tax, Sales Finance, M&A, Internal Audit, General Management) - Capstone in Leuven:
We will regroup as a full Cohort in Leuven to further cement learnings and ensure a strong network.
Skill-sets you will acquire:
- Data Management:
Work with large data sets and support in improving financial reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. - Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices in reporting and analysis. - Cost & Margin Analysis:
Analyze production costs, profitability, and gross margins to provide actionable insights. - Ad Hoc Projects:
Participate in various financial projects, including internal audits, cost optimization initiatives, or strategy development. - Collaboration
: Work closely with finance teams in other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to gather data and insights relevant to financial performance.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education
: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. You should be interning before your final year of studies. - Timing
: Academic year
Summer 2026 - Skills
: - o Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- o Proficiency in process mapping or financial modeling.
- o Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience
: Previous internship in finance or accounting is an advantage but not mandatory. - Languages
: you are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English. Other languages are a plus - Work Authorization
: You are eligible to work in Belgium without the need of a work-permit. - FFTI is an academic component of your education and is considered an unpaid work experience.
