The Role As our Sales Manager, you will: Drive new‑business growth by identifying promising prospects, initiating meaningful conversations, and converting them into long‑term ADLC partners. Build strong early‑stage relationships with newly acquired customers by understanding their operational needs and positioning ADLC's solutions as a clear performance advantage. Serve as the commercial link between prospects and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and aligning operational capabilities with customer expectations. Strengthen ADLC's market presence by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, consistently generating fresh leads and connections. Who You Are You have prior experience and a proven ability to drive company growth by enlarging customer portfolio and retaining existing customers.
