JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our mission is to reinforce a team as a right-hand Project Lead to ensure the delivery of high-voltage substation projects in the North-East part of Belgium, from design to commissioning, within cost, quality, and safety objectives.

The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

Support projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress towards objectives:

• Plan projects, considering required and available resources
• Manage project planning
• Manage the project budget
• Report on progress to team leaders
• Lead and coordinate on-site execution of projects with involved entities
• Ensure project execution through commissioning and administrative closure

Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution, ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations:

• Define project scope and requirements
• Study project details and requirements
• Design project solutions
• Develop preliminary designs
• Draft budgets
• Collaborate in preparing tender dossiers
• Participate in the procurement process
• Perform tasks autonomously, reporting to the manager

The experience we are actively looking for:

• Master's degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering (civil or industrial)
• Experience in project management (junior profiles also welcome)
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Assertive and clear communicator, client-oriented, and solution-minded team player
• Excellent command of both Dutch and French
• Residence in the North Brussels, South Antwerp, Herentals, or Leuven region
• An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start)
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Presence in Belgium is preferred, with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens
