As IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager at Allianz, you play a key role in ensuring that our IT operations run securely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards. You'll design, oversee, and continuously enhance governance and risk management processes that help protect our organization and enable innovation. This position is perfect for an experienced IT governance professional who thrives in a dynamic, regulated environment and wants to make a real impact on how we manage technology, compliance, and operational resilience.
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
You are an experienced IT governance professional with over 10 years in IT management or CIO advisory roles, ideally within the financial sector. You bring practitioner-level knowledge of COBIT 5, a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), GDPR, and ISO/IEC 27001, and proven expertise in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
You combine a strategic mindset with analytical strength, stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative leadership style built on trust and entrepreneurship. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics, and possess ISACA certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CGEIT. Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
