Job Title: Project / Delivery Manager Mission Context A Project/Delivery Manager ensures the project is completed on time and within budget, and that the project's objectives are met (according to scope). Projects are separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. A Project/Delivery Manager oversees the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Function Description Within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, you will work under the responsibility of your IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment where delivery, security and smooth collaboration are key. You will be responsible for ensuring successful deliveries and aligning teams with the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe Leads Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with technical teams Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies Collaborate with various teams Ensure communication & reporting Communicate on a daily basis with the IT Tribe Lead Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings Language Requirements Dutch – Is a plus French – Fluent English – Fluent Education Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration Certification Agile Project Management If possible PMI/PMP Knowledge Telework Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking Required Experience / Knowledge Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment Experience in the banking sector is a plus Technical Experience Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence) Proven experience in project management and delivery management Preferable: Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions Business Experience Mandatory: Experience in the banking sector Preferable: — Soft Skills Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Service-oriented mindset and customer focus Rigor and strong organizational skills Proactivity and ability to anticipate Resilience under pressure and ability to manage priorities Team spirit and collaborative mindset Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous improvement Adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
