Project Manager Traction Systems & Services - English/French - ALTEN Belgium

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Charleroi.

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive project execution according to QCD objectives
• Lead and coordinate transversal project teams
• Serve as the main customer contact, managing communication and expectations
• Prepare and lead monthly project reviews (planning, financial dashboards, KPIs)
• Anticipate and manage project risks, conflicts, and crisis situations
• Ensure reporting accuracy and propose corrective action plans
• Support the Customer Account Leader in managing profitability and project margins
• Promote continuous improvement and alignment with Alstom’s business objectives

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in industrial environments (rail, energy, aerospace, or similar)
• Proven success managing transversal teams and coordinating complex projects
• Business-oriented mindset, able to balance technical aspects with financial and strategic priorities
• You have good communication skills in English and French
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
