Analyste de Données Junior

Job description: We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our skilled and motivated team. In this full-time position, your main tasks will include collecting, analysing and interpreting data to aid strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for creating reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with different teams to solve complex data-related problems. This is a hybrid position based in the Brussels metropolitan area, with the possibility of partial remote working.

Qualifications

Analytical skills: Ability to interpret and analyse a wide range of data to support strategic initiatives.

Technical skills: Familiarity with data management and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and specialised data visualisation software (such as Tableau or Power BI).

Statistical proficiency: Basic knowledge of statistical methods used to interpret complex data sets.

Personal qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Additional assets: Academic background in data analysis, economics, computer science or an equivalent discipline, as well as initial experience or an internship in a role related to data analysis.
