Are you ready to shape the future of our people in the iconic House of AMOUAGE? We are looking for an dynamic Training Manager to ensure exceptional learning experience for our teams.
Reporting to the Global Head of Retail Experience, the Training Manager Travel Retail (TR) & Local Market (Europe) oversees maximising retail sales in assigned TR doors and local markets to grow market share, rankings and productivity & is in charge of organising and leading strategic training sessions adapted to the country, the environment of the POS and the audience.
Adapt and deliver training programs and tools to support core products and new product launches, driving key business objectives, marketing initiatives, and strategic business needs.
Define and adapt the training strategy per POS/Markets to reach collective and individual targets
Drive and monitor training activity by company-defined KPIs
Interface with key retailers on their specific education guidelines assist in action plan development.
Monitor and report monthly training activities to the management and communicate competition’s marketing activity
Interface with key retailers on their specific education guidelines assist in action plan development.
Lead, coach & motivate Beauty Consultants by communicating sales objectives and follow-up on their achievement
Be the training referent for the Beauty Consultants and Distributors on the operations of the POS and ensure operational excellence
Coordinate with the Area Manager to ensure performance at the doors.
Create strong relationship with business partners to ensure collaboration on data sharing, team management and goal alignment
Identify opportunities for extra space and/or visibility in the store and share them with management for them to negotiate with retailers.
TRAINING & COACHING
Understand and adapt the training to the work environment: size of the airport/market, kind of customers, products sold on the POS…
Conduct training sessions and Fragrance Atelier within strategic European markets with the support of our local business partners.
Ensure that grooming standards, sales technics and product knowledge are well respected throughout the region

Team Player: ability to share ideas and successes and build effective teams
3-5 years of experience in Training & retail management with supervision responsibilities
~ Interest for the luxury industry and the travel retail business
~ Fluent English + another language would be highly adventageous (French, Spanish, Italian)
