A leading Belgian kids' fashion brand is looking for a talented, creative individual to join our team as a Designer for the Boys' collection, based at our headquarters in Nazareth.

We're a Belgian brand with an expanding international presence, with 6 flagship stores and high-quality multi-brand retail partnerships.

The Role

As a designer for our boys’ collection at AO76, you’ll be working closely with the design team and the Design Director to create our upcoming boys' collections. From moodboards to technical drawings, you’ll play a key role in shaping every collection and ensuring it resonates with kids and parents alike.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop fresh, original designs.
• Research fabrics, colours, and trends — and translate them to fit our brand identity.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specification sheets for production.
• Ensure the designs meet the brand’s standards from start to finish.
• Review samples with a critical eye.

THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in fashion design and product development.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
• Passionate about children's wear, with a good sense of what appeals to kids.
