ph3BIM Solutions Specialist Openings Studio Consultant /h3pJoin to apply for the BIM Solutions Specialist Openings Studio Consultant role at ASSA ABLOY Group. /ph3Overview /h3pFor the Belux region, ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions is seeking a BIM Solutions Specialist Openings Studio Consultant to strengthen the existing specification team and support the growing user base of Openings Studio. You will be the specialist in BIM and the ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio software, serving as the link between technology, content and commercial momentum to ensure digital tools align with market needs and support the specification process. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPromote the use and rollout of BIM content and processes within the organization and lead the deployment of ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio (AAOS). /liliCreate detailed and accurate door models using BIM technology for client presentations and project documentation. /liliCollaborate with architects, contractors and designers to understand their needs and provide tailored BIM solutions. /liliProvide technical support and advice on BIM-related questions and assist customers with integrating our products into their projects. /liliPrepare trainings and workshops for internal sales teams and external customers, explaining how BIM works and its benefits in door specifications. /liliCoordinate new releases, perform upgrades and maintain BIM solutions. /liliSupport the implementation of advanced features such as machine learning and AI within our BIM offerings. /liliStay up to date with industry trends, competitor products and BIM technology developments to identify new sales opportunities. /liliCollaborate with the product development team to ensure door models are current and comply with industry standards. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor in Architecture, Construction, Construction Management or related field. /liliProven experience in sales, preferably in construction or manufacturing. /liliExperience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit and/or GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD) is a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of door product applications in construction projects is advantageous. /liliNetworking in the AEC industry is a plus. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliAbility to work independently and in a team. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /liliLanguages: fluent in Dutch, French and English. /liliValid driver's license. /li /ulh3Why ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions? /h3pWe offer a dynamic, international environment with experienced colleagues and strong growth opportunities, including a market-competitive salary and additional benefits: /pulliMeal vouchers, group insurance, hospitalisation insurance for the whole family /liliSalary protection during sickness, Bonus CAO 90 /liliBike allowance, flexible working hours, partial remote work /lili38h30 work week with additional ADV days and seniority leave /liliOn-the-job training and opportunities for personal development /liliOpen, informal culture and supportive team environment /li /ulh3How to apply /h3pInterested candidates should apply via the apply button with a short motivation and CV.
